Shipping policy

Shipping Rates:

➽To find all available SHIPPING RATES add your item to the cart and open the shopping cart page! There you can select the shipping rate that suits you best.

Shipment and delivery conditions:

  1. Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process and depend on package weight, dimensions and destination country.
  2. If there are several products in the shopping cart, a combined shipping price will be calculated automatically.
  3. All 'RETRO' products (=collections that have RETRO in their name) are manufactured by our production partners in China or Europe/Latvia. The manufacturing times can be found directly under the product description.
    The actual shipping times for retro items are 10-15 (standard) or 15-25 (economy) business days. Depending on the product, express shipping (4-7 business days) is also available.
  4. The customer receives a shipping notification with link for shipment tracking once the package is shipped. Customer can then independently track the shipment and change delivery details if necessary.
  5. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. 
    Unfortunately, we cannot provide any information about the amount of any fees/customs duties that may be incurred in the respective destination countries.
  6. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. Once the goods are shipped, no subsequent change is possible.
  7. Should the assigned transport company return the goods to us, because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer bears the costs for the unsuccessful dispatch.
