Questions about our retro bedding

Is this original vintage bedding?

No. It is newly made in retro style and printed to order. The designs are inspired by the 1960s and 1970s, with bold midcentury patterns such as peacock eyes, circles, waves and geometric designs.

What is the difference between a duvet cover set and a comforter set?

A duvet cover set consists of the cover for your own duvet and matching pillowcases. A comforter set includes a filled comforter with pillowcases. Every pattern is available as a duvet cover in any size, or as a comforter. If you don't see your favorite in one of the two versions, just ask us.

Which sizes are available?

Duvet cover sets come in these sizes, depending on the design:

  • Twin
  • Full / Double
  • Queen
  • King
  • California King
  • EU Double (some designs)

Some designs are listed in one size only, others in several. The exact measurements are on each product page.

What is included in a set?

Duvet cover sets usually include:

  • 1 duvet cover
  • 2 pillowcases (1 pillowcase in some twin sets)

Comforter sets include a filled comforter and 2 pillowcases. What exactly is in each set is listed on its product page.

Is the print on one side or both sides?

That depends on the design. Many designs are printed on both sides of the duvet cover and pillowcases, others on one side only, with a plain white reverse. The product page tells you which applies.

What is it made of, and how do I wash it?

It is made of polyester (microfiber): soft, lightweight and easy to care for. It is machine washable, ideally with a mild detergent. The exact care instructions are on the product page.

How long does delivery take, and do I pay customs?

Every set is made to order. Production and processing take about 4–14 days depending on the design, then shipping usually takes 8–15 business days.

Shipping is free to every country we deliver to. No import taxes, customs duties or extra fees – everything is already covered by us.

Express shipping is possible, with delivery in 4–7 days. Just contact us and let us know.

Can I get a pattern I don't see here?

Yes, in most cases. With few exceptions, every pattern from our Retro products can go on any other Retro product. Tell us which one you have in mind via our contact page, and we'll check.

Is there a discount if I buy more than one piece?

Yes. Our automatic discount applies across the whole shop, so you can mix pieces from any collection: 10% off when you buy 2 pieces and 20% off when you buy 4 or more. It is applied automatically in your cart, no code needed.
