What's the deal with "Vintage Condition"?

Our vintage pieces have lived a little — they've lived their first life, and now they're looking for a loving home for a second. A soft scratch here, a touch of patina there isn't a flaw, it's character. Every listing shows real photos of the actual piece you'd be buying, never a stock photo.

Are vintage pieces refurbished, and could parts be mixed from different items?

Dirk gets his hands on every vintage piece before it ships — cleaning, repairing, bringing it back to shine for another 50 years, not just the next five. And no Frankenstein furniture here: we never stitch parts from different originals together to fake a match.

What's the difference between Vintage and Retro items?

Vintage is the real deal — genuine originals from Europe, often decades old, gone for good once they're sold. Retro is newly made in those same classic shapes, colors, and patterns, so you can always get more. Old souls, new designs — both clearly labeled.
