Shipping policy

Shipment and delivery condition:

1. We ship worldwide insured by priority mail / shipping.
2. Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process and depend on package weight, dimensions and destination country.
3. If there are several products in the shopping cart, a combined shipping price will be calculated automatically.
   
4. We calculate the actual shipping costs by passing the shipping costs of the relevant shipping service provider to the customer.
5. The customer receives a shipping notification with link for shipment tracking once the package is shipped. Customer can then independently track the shipment and change delivery details if necessary.
6. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. Once the goods are shipped, no subsequent change is possible.
7. Should the assigned transport company return the goods to us, because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer bears the costs for the unsuccessful dispatch.
