We try our best to provide the most accurate descriptions with original photos. If you would like additional photos or have questions about an item, we are more than happy to provide them for you BEFORE you purchase.

SHIPPING / UNCLAIMED PACKAGE
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address BEFORE SHIPPING. Once the item is shipped, the address can't be changed.
We ship worldwide insured with tracking numbers. Once your payment clears, we will post your item to you within 2-4 business days. All our items are WRAPPED AND PACKED VERY CAREFULLY to make sure that they reach you in perfect condition.
You will receive an email with the tracking information of your shipment once it is shipped. You can also view the tracking information for the package at any time on vintarama.com and register with the shipping company for detailed information and delivery options.
Orders that were returned to us as unclaimed or because of incorrect address will be refunded (without shipping cost). If you still love to have your order (once we receive the package back), we would kindly ask you to repay the shipping cost.
SHIPPING TIMES / ESTIMATED DELIVERY
Shipping times are always estimated. We are not responsible for delays due to disasters, accidents, strikes or internal problems with commissioned shipping service providers as long as we shipped the item on time to the address the customer provided to us.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
RETURNS WITHIN THE EU
Customers can return the goods within 14 days after receipt at their own expense after contacting us.
RETURNS FROM NON-EU COUNTRIES
Customers can return the goods within 21 days after receipt at their own expense after contacting us. As soon as we received the goods back to our address, we will refund the item price (not the shipping costs). The customer is responsible for completing all necessary customs formalities regarding the return.
RESERVES / ON HOLD
An item may be placed on hold for 48 hours. Please note that a deposit may be required for reserves/holds longer than 48 hours.
You are welcome to ask for discount when ordering multiple items at once.
Purchasing multiple items, you also will take advantage of a combined shipping and save on the shipping costs.
